You can even embed video file inside your posts!

Just enter the url after clicking the corresponding icons! &

For inserting Flash files, please go thru this steps!
1. Upload ur flash files in some imagehosting server with swf support( www.imageshack.us is recommented)
2. You will get one link from there and open the link in some browser!
3. Select >> View >> Page source!
4. Search for "<embed" in the source.
5. Copy the link immediately next to src=

6.Click flash button in the poasting toolbar, and enter url copied and enter width and height for the flash file!


Thats all guys!
You can embed sound also to the posts!
